Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite on technology investment decisions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year tech horizons
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-tech adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
