Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, governments, and Fortune 100 companies
- Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business models and patent portfolios
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture capital engagement
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on future technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate innovation funding
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technological breakthroughs in the last 5 years
