- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI optimization
- Champion ethical innovation standards in autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record launching products from emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in innovation KPI frameworks (TRL, S-curves, adoption lifecycle models)
