Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Architect pilot programs for next-gen technologies, measuring ROI and scalability
- Present strategic technology insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and technology pioneers
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and sustainable innovation
- Lead annual technology forecasting workshops with global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-focused strategic frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- C-level communication skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism preferred
