Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech fields (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or product innovation
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience scaling technical teams and managing innovation pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive presence and ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in technical field preferred
