Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for climate modeling
- Conduct scenario planning for global tech adoption post-2025 regulatory shifts
- Partner with governments on ethical AI frameworks and digital sovereignty policies
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience with government tech policy advisory roles
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or C++)
