Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investors
- Manage R&D portfolio with $15M+ annual budget allocation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into core offerings
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record executing multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech adoption scenarios
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
