- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical innovation experience
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
