Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends
- Lead research in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainability)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $1M+ budgets
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry leaders at global forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future tech assets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Executive experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant technical field required
