Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients focusing on 2026 capabilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation teams including engineers, designers, and futurists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership content on emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
