Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech sectors
- Design proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen digital solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with rigorous ROI forecasting
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles in tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development in complex technical environments
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility background
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
