Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and emerging standards
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats and opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible automation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation cycles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in disruptive tech adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech convergence strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or foresight.org) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (IEEE, ACM, or peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience scaling solutions from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding for future-tech initiatives
