Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management preferred
- Excellent presentation skills for executive-level communications
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required
