Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 tech adoption roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces

- Identify emerging tech disruptors and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Manage $2M annual R&D portfolio for sustainable tech initiatives
- Co-author industry whitepapers on post-quantum cybersecurity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant processes and tech commercialization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in Global Futures & Foresight methodologies
- Security clearance preferred for national tech initiatives
