Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead emerging technology research across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate innovation workshops with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams through agile execution of pilot programs
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience scaling tech operations across global markets
