Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 7+ years strategic planning experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic tech solutions with $50M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum neural networks, synthetic biology interfaces, and decentralized AI
