Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Analyze emerging tech trends through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and market simulations
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members using predictive modeling tools
- Establish KPIs for innovation success tracking and ROI measurement
- Forge strategic alliances with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for collaborative research
- Manage portfolio of 15+ emerging technology ventures with P&L oversight
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on 3+ major industry disruptions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovations from lab to market ($100M+ product launches)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
