- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities for enterprise clients
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee ethical AI framework implementation for future-facing products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience scaling innovative solutions from prototype to market
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
