Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Certified in AI governance (e.g., AIGC, CEGAI) or quantum computing
- Experience securing federal grants for R&D innovation projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
