Our team operates on a 4-day workweek with unlimited PTO, and we offer comprehensive benefits including equity in our quantum computing subsidiary. This position reports directly to our Chief Futurist and includes travel to our Tokyo and Berlin innovation hubs.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AR/VR ecosystems for enterprise applications
- Analyze quantum computing adoption patterns and blockchain scalability solutions
- Design ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems integration
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives at industry summits
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on neuromorphic computing research initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience scaling startups to unicorn valuation ($1B+)
- Certification in AI Ethics from Partnership on AI
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
