- Secure $10M+ in future-tech grants from DARPA, NSF, and private foundations
- Produce quarterly whitepapers on quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Mentor a global team of 15 futurists and emerging technology specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or 10+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI by 2025
- Track record of securing $5M+ in government/VC funding for frontier tech
- Deep expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and NIST quantum standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Speaker at Web Summit or TechCrunch Disrupt 2024-2025
