Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neural interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Experience with technology roadmapping using Gartner Hype Cycle
