Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong background in digital transformation and change management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
