Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members using data-driven visualization
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and pilot programs for future tech adoption
- Author thought leadership papers on 2026 tech trends and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech innovation journals
