- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Certified Futurist or similar foresight methodology training preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data to strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
