Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive tech solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market potential >$100M
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at FAANG or top-tier AI labs
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum/machine learning topics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI frameworks)
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ user adoption
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
