Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into our ecosystem roadmap
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members through data-driven executive briefings
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with measurable KPIs for 2026 deliverables
- Represent the company at global tech forums and academic symposia on future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching commercialized technologies from research concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and experience communicating to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
