Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, autonomous systems, and climate-tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen implementation methodologies
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with portfolio in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
