Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries
- Partner with government agencies to shape policy for next-gen cybersecurity standards
- Drive commercialization of bio-hybrid computing solutions for healthcare applications
- Manage $20M+ innovation portfolio with focus on ROI and market disruption
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or space tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing federal grants and private equity for R&D initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
