Responsibilities

- Lead moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets targeting 5-10 year horizons
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA innovation labs
- Develop patent portfolios protecting 50+ core innovations annually
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor 15+ researchers and engineers in emerging technologies
- Secure government grants and private equity for frontier tech initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
