Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast operational needs and infrastructure requirements for the coming years.
- Evaluate and partner with emerging tech vendors and startups to secure strategic partnerships.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Present complex strategic visions to the C-Suite and board of directors with clarity and precision.
- Drive the digital transformation agenda, ensuring legacy systems are optimized for the modern web.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and future technologies, including AI/ML, SaaS architecture, and cloud ecosystems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies and forecasting industry shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncertainty in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications: PMP, MBA, or similar strategic certifications are a plus.
