Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline strategic technology milestones and deliverables for the next three years.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct rigorous research and due diligence on cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neurotech, Decentralized Systems) to determine feasibility and market fit.
- Innovation Labs Leadership: Lead the internal Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and engineering teams.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus Horizon remains ahead of the curve in the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of current and upcoming tech stacks, including AI/ML frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
