Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to forecast market shifts and identify high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Mentor engineering directors and architects to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-gen cloud architectures to ensure scalability.
- Present complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML trends and their potential business applications by 2026.
- Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to translate abstract technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
