Your Mission
You will act as the bridge between cutting-edge R&D and executive business strategy, ensuring our technology stack remains ahead of the curve through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of the company's 2026 technology vision.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech stacks (AI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing).
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to align tech roadmaps with business goals.
- Prototype and validate concepts through collaboration with R&D teams.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential emerging technologies relevant to our industry.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap with clear milestones.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain ecosystems.
- Experience in the tech industry, preferably in a scaling startup or enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
