Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy aligned with company business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) into the product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical possibilities into actionable business initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors that could impact our innovation pipeline.
- Oversee the digital transformation of legacy systems to ensure long-term scalability.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and future tech landscapes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
