Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Build partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders for innovation acceleration
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
