Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the development and execution of the 'Year 2026' strategic vision, defining long-term goals for the organization.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum, Web3) to predict market shifts.
- Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech landscapes and competitor movements to identify new market gaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic insights to the board and executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Innovation Lab: Oversee the 'Future Lab' initiative, testing prototypes and validating concepts for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Forecasting: Strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on future market trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future technology stacks (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure).
