Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Web3, AR/VR) relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to pilot and validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data governance for future tech stacks.
- Present strategic recommendations to the C-suite and board of directors, translating complex tech trends into business value.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-gen architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating emerging technologies into enterprise environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineers and executives.
- Certifications in Strategic Management (e.g., CSPO, SaaS) are a plus.
