- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to prototype future products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a strategic planning, R&D, or technology leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and emerging web technologies.
