Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to determine their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to prototype and validate future concepts.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts and opportunities.
- Communicate complex technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of current and future technological trends, specifically in AI and Software Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
