- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex future scenarios to C-suite executives and engineering teams, translating high-level vision into actionable strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab dedicated to prototyping solutions for the year 2026 timeframe.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously benchmark against global tech leaders to anticipate moves in the 2026 market landscape.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mastery: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or business development with a focus on long-term planning.
- Foresight Expertise: Demonstrated ability to analyze macro trends and forecast their impact on business models 3-5 years in advance.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Executive Presence: Proven track record of presenting to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions.
- Adaptability: Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments where the rules of the game are constantly changing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
