Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced system architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology
- Proven track record in scaling prototype technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Quantum Security (Q-Cert) and AI Governance (AIGC)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for human-machine integration
