Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026 implementation across 5 key innovation domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decision-making
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling executive narratives
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Architecture (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable design principles
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
