Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen technologies including quantum AI, biodegradable electronics, and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and sustainability goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech frameworks
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive ethical AI implementation and responsible tech governance frameworks
- Lead patent filings and intellectual property strategy for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized products from research concepts
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature Tech, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Certification in sustainable technology design (e.g., LEED AP, Green Belt)
