- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation
- Ensure ethical implementation of advanced technologies through robust governance frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D or strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis and budgeting
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
