- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor a 15-person multidisciplinary team of PhD researchers
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint innovation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2018-2023)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and CRISPR applications
- Track record of scaling research teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
