Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and prototyping of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Build and manage a team of 8-10 specialized technology strategists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for future technology initiatives
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and venture capital landscape
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
