Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying breakthrough opportunities across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and designers to prototype and scale futuristic solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Drive ethical technology frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of emerging innovations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain innovation leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Strong track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
