- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- MS/MBA in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
