Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technological adoption and innovation across product lines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
